Urghhhhhhhh

Today i spent 12hours trying to finish off the second elective i shouldnt really be doing, but unfortunatly i'm useless so i am. Which is even more annoying as i've missed yet another critique and my work for my final major project has fallen even further behind. I really have to stop being so lazy for one and start prioritising my work. 6 weeks left and no animation on screen. Not a good sign.

Today was the hottest day of the year and i found myself redrawing my expressions in flash. Wasnt fun.

Expressions Galore.

Today i just worked on vary the expressions in my animation. I looked at some of the techniques i used from my older work where i looked at old bob clampett and chuck jones and its actually turning out better. I'm still not as happy with my main characters as i would like to be but at least he's in a form of design where i can have fun with it. Might get some of those bitchn expressions uploaded soons. Most of my backgrounds have been drawn out which didn't take that long considering there wasn't that many. Although i realised it's an area i really need to improve on. So over the next week i'm going to be sticking stuff in the computer and using colours and such. With any luck i will be able to start animating in the next two weeks. Mintness!!

Well getting back into it.

After many weeks of whinging and bitching and being completely stubborn about my final animation I have eventually got back into it. I should be working now but instead i'm here writing a blog that no one will read. Pointless as it is i believe it will be at least slightly interesting to myself when i look back on it in months time.
